Brisbane in June

We’ve arrived safely home again after a few lovely days in Brisbane town. Once again there were too many late nights but lots of smiles. It was great to catch up with everyone again and thanks to all of you who came to the show. It really was a fun night, and a perfect way to kick off the tour.
We boarded the plane home somewhat wearily on Monday after ending up at the Mustang bar of all places the night before. It was the only venue in the valley receptive to the socceroos at 2am so we had to work with it:) Aside from the smell of vomit in certain areas of the bar we did have a great time. It hurt to witness our heroes going down in a blaze of glory (please excuse the bon jovi references… i still have living on a prayer in my head) but they did well and i’m looking forward to friday where we’ll be watching from a motel room in Woollongong.
