christmas market and black jeans

by karl

Thursday December 14 2006

its been some time since i wrote and i can’t say the days since my last entry have been easy. we’ve both been very sick and my one developed into a very healthy chest infection. still i’m better now and the nausea from the drugs have worn off so i’m enjoying the few hours off we have here in neurumberg. i’m struggling with htis keyboard as they seem to changed juts enough letters around to make you think its normal but encourage you to write jibberish so apologies for the typos. we’re off to the world’s oldest and most famous christmas market now to pick up a treat or two for our assoterd neices and nephews at home. people here are quite mad a bout christmas it seems. there’s an awful lot of talk about ti and even in supercool indie clubs there’s the odd chrsitmas jingle. who woulda thought we’d hear the sound of christmas along witht he rustling of tight black jeans and 80s rock t-shirts..
we played in hamburg the night before last which was great fun. we’ve been there once before and played a mad little place called astrastube. this time we were playing down the street a little but ended up there for a nightcap. m,ust say hamburg is a firm favourite on the map now. thanks to everyone who came down it really was a fun night and the first one where i had my voice back which was a püleasant surprise. and breakfast was fantastic too.
well, that’s about all from me. i’d hate to get boring and all so i’ll say bye for now.
