we just finished a 7 track ep that will be released in australia on october 3 by trifekta records. there isn’t an international release planned at this stage, but we’ll happily send cds out to anyone willing to do the paypal thing. details will be on the site as soon as the ep is available. this is the first recording we’ve done totally on our own - most of it at home on long nights after work. many of the songs were written during, or at least inspired by, our travels while we were on tour in the usa last year. it features many guest musicians - some familiar, and some new. winter has taken hold in melbourne and we are happy to be heading north this week supporting our friend clare bowditch on her tour. then in october/november we’ll do our own trip around australia promoting the new ep. we have the next album pretty much written and hope to have it out before the middle of next year, and then visiting our northern hemisphere friends not too long after that.
